Boundary Changes

The original boundary was defined in 1894 when Grange Urban District Council was created - it followed the boundary of the Sanitary Board.  In 1914 the boundary was extended, taking in parts of Lower Allithwaite and Broughton East.  The 1913 consultation map shows what bits were pinched from where!
